A skin resurfacing procedure that refines the treated area by allowing the underlying layer of smooth, clear, undamaged skin to emerge, removes all facial hair and peach fuzz in the treated areas. This procedure is most often used to improve the appearance of skin scarred from acne and to smooth out small facial wrinkles that appear in the upper layers of the epidermis and underlying dermis.
