Spa Etiquette

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask to be notified at least 24 hours to scheduled services.  Any cancellations given less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

GRATUITIES
Gratuity is not included in the price of service.  Cash or card tips are appreciated and accepted.

REGULATIONS
We do our best to provide a relaxing environment for all our clients.  We kindly ask that cell phone ringers are shut off to avoid a disruption of service.  We also ask that only children receiving services attend the spa.  We thank you for your cooperation.

    I have gotten a mani pedi from here, not a service I would get again, my first facial which was informative and personal, and of course, massages. I even brought my mother while she was in town. I visit every month for regular maintenance. If ever I realize my body is uncomfortable doing simple tasks or I develop a migraine, I visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing and the facility is always clean. I would recommend to anyone.

    From entering into the Spa, the low lighting, the welcoming aroma, you already feel relaxed. But the massage, exactly what you ask for is what you are going to get. The warm towels on your feet at the end of the massage, what a treat.

    I have been to Skin Deep a few times for massages and I must say Steven is one of the best therapist that I have been to.Each time I have come in with an issue and he was able to address the issue and give me relief from pain. He is great at deep pressure massages. I highly recommend adding hot stones, you want to fall asleep after everything is complete because you are so relaxed !

I don’t get my hair done often enough, cause I go natural a majority of my time. But when I want my hair done, she does an exceptional job!
